  • Safety: Help keep PredictX a safe space for all users

  • Misinformation that could cause real-world harm
  • Impersonation of other users, public figures, or PredictX staff

3. Fair Play Rules

To maintain the integrity of prediction markets, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Multi-accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate market outcomes or leaderboard rankings
  • Insider information: Using non-public information about match outcomes to gain advantage
  • Match fixing: Any involvement in or knowledge of attempts to fix match outcomes
  • Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place predictions
  • Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors
  • Account trading: Buying, selling, or transferring accounts

4. Group-Specific Rules

Groups are social spaces within PredictX. In addition to the general guidelines:

  • Group creators and admins are responsible for maintaining a respectful environment
  • Group names, descriptions, and avatars must comply with content standards
  • Groups must not be used to organize collusion or market manipulation
  • PredictX reserves the right to moderate or remove groups that violate these guidelines

5. Usernames and Profiles

Your username and profile must not:

  • Contain offensive, hateful, or discriminatory language
  • Impersonate other users, celebrities, or PredictX employees
  • Include personal contact information (phone numbers, emails, social media handles)
  • Promote illegal activities or external gambling/betting services

6. Enforcement

Violations are handled through a graduated system:

  • Level 1 — Warning: First minor violations receive a warning notification
  • Level 2 — Content Removal: Offending content is removed; user notified
  • Level 3 — Temporary Mute: User's ability to post in groups is restricted for 24–72 hours
  • Level 4 — Temporary Suspension: Full account suspension for 7–30 days
  • Level 5 — Permanent Ban: Account permanently terminated; all tokens forfeited

Severe violations (match fixing, hate speech, real-world threats) may result in immediate permanent ban regardless of prior history. PredictX may also report violations to law enforcement where appropriate.

7. Reporting Violations

If you witness a violation of these guidelines:

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We take false reporting seriously — repeated frivolous reports may result in enforcement action against the reporter.

8. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting appeals@thepredictx.com within 14 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the original reviewer. We aim to resolve appeals within 7 business days.

9. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance.
